Join a world-class multidisciplinary team at Philips to develop the next generation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems. As an FPGA Firmware Designer, you will bridge the gap between concept and clinical reality, creating the control and acquisition systems that power life-saving diagnostics.

Your Impact

• Design & Develop: Lead FPGA firmware creation from requirement definition through to integration and release.
• Architect: Define IO planning, clock/reset structures, and external interfacing.
• Collaborate: Work alongside RF, Analog, and System engineers to take products from concept to production.
• Validate: Ensure safety and precision through rigorous test procedures and documentation.

  Functie-eisen The Right Fit

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Experience: 5+ years in VHDL/Verilog, ideally in regulated sectors (Medical, Aero, Auto).​​​​​​

Technical Edge:

• Proficiency with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and IP blocks.
• Experience in DSP implementation (DDS, NCO, DDC) and SoC FPGA architectures.
• Functional verification mastery (System Verilog/UVM, Questasim).
• Knowledge of high-speed serial links, Ethernet, and CI/CD pipelines.

Primary employment conditions

• Monthly salary as per market standards
• 8 % holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
