We’re hiring an E‑Com Content Adoption Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team in Amsterdam.

In this key role, you’ll help elevate the impact of INTERSPORT’s Private Label Brand (PLB) content across all National Organisations (N/O) websites. You’ll ensure that digital content produced centrally is successfully adopted, activated, and optimized locally, driving consistency, performance, and ROI across our European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Adoption & Enablement

• Drive the adoption of e-Com product content assets from PIM across all National Organisation (N/O) websites.
• Monitor and track adoption rates by market, product category, and season.
• Collaborate with NOs to ensure content is correctly downloaded, integrated, and published across their CMS platforms.
• Create toolkits, user guides, and video tutorials to simplify content implementation.

Training & Support

• Deliver quarterly training sessions to N/O's on PIM access, best practices, and workflows.
• Provide 1:1 support to resolve integration or content‑format issues.
• Work closely with key partners (agencies, systems providers etc) to ensure smooth adoption processes.

Performance Measurement

• Analyze how content adoption impacts sell-through, conversion, and product visibility across markets.
• Benchmark high vs. low adoption markets to identify success drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Produce monthly reports summarizing adoption KPIs, performance correlations, and recommended actions.

Barrier Identification & Resolution

• Identify and escalate technical blockers related to CMS integration, asset formats, and PIM usage.
• Partner with IT and Business Services teams to address system compatibility issues.
• Collect feedback from markets on content quality and quantity to inform future production.

Who You Are

• You have 5–6 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital content operations, retail digital marketing, or B2B content distribution.
• You have strong project managing skills, who thrives in a cross-functional, international environment.
• You are comfortable working with product information systems (PIM) and understand e‑commerce CMS ecosystems.
• You’re analytical, able to turn data into insights, and confident presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy supporting stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• You have a passion for retail, digital performance, and creating seamless consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, benchmarking, and KPI tracking.
• Experience with tutorial creation tools (screen recording, Loom, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify or custom NO systems) is beneficial.
