About this role 

The Global Sales and Operations Strategy team drives growth and digital transformation across our international sales organization. Within this group, the Digital Expansion team owns the complete digital experience for our partners across all channels.

As our Digital Expansion Acquisition Growth Lead, you will be the driving force behind B2B growth and partner acquisition. Embodying our values to lead, deliver, and care, you will connect data and strategy to foster seamless teamwork and deliver outstanding results for our partners.

Working at the intersection of Commercial, Product, and CRM/Media B2B, you will turn growth experiments into actionable clarity, empowering teams to deliver a customer-centric digital partner experience.

These are some of the key components to the position: 

• Execute Growth Strategies: Lead B2B marketing and CRM initiatives across the full partner lifecycle, driving scalable acquisition and activation. 
• Experimentation Roadmap: Design and analyze growth experiments, aiming high to foster a test-and-learn culture that turns hypotheses into proven tactics.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Commercial, CRM, and Product teams to align on shared priorities, help each other succeed, and deliver results.
• Growth KPIs & Insights: Build robust dashboards to monitor funnel health, delivering actionable insights to leadership and driving excellence.
• Identify Growth Levers: Proactively analyze partner journey data to uncover new opportunities that accelerate activation and retention.
• Lifecycle & Campaign Strategy: Champion CRM strategies and communications to ensure partners receive timely, impactful messages across all channels.

What will you bring to the team?

• Growth & B2B Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B growth strategies, lead generation, and partner lifecycle management in a digital-first environment.
• Experimentation Mindset: Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments to deliver measurable, scalable impact.
• Data & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging tools like Salesforce, SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to build reports and uncover strategic insights.
• CRM Collaboration: Experience working alongside CRM teams to optimize partner lifecycle campaigns, audience segmentation, and communication flows.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Strong collaborative skills to engage diverse stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Communication & Storytelling: Ability to translate complex metrics into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.
• Digital & AI Mindset: Curiosity to leverage innovative digital solutions, automation, and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and partner experiences.
