Data Analyst IAM

Your analyses form the basis for strategic security decisions. You will build the dashboards for Identity & Access Management (IAM). A key role at the intersection of data, security, and strategy. This is a position for 32 to 40 hours a week, with its work location in Arnhem. You will make the energy grid smarter at Alliander.

The energy transition needs you as a Data Analyst IAM

As a Data Analyst, you are the link between raw data and crucial decisions within our IAM domain. You ensure that we manage our digital identities securely and efficiently, based on facts. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as a Data Analyst, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve: 

• developing and maintaining strategic dashboards and reports in PowerBI. 

• analysing complex data to resolve strategic and operational issues. 

• advising Product Owners and management on data-driven improvements. 

• collaborating with data engineers to optimise data quality and structure. 

• shaping a data-driven culture within the team and the organisation.

You will be working at our Alliander business unit as part of the central IAM Governance team.

You will be a full-fledged discussion partner for colleagues within the ART and stakeholders outside of it. You will work daily with a data engineer, Product Owners, and the Product Manager. Together, you will ensure that access to our systems is secure and efficient, completely driven by data.

• proven experience in building reports and dashboards in PowerBI. 

• an excellent command of SQL for querying and analysing data. 

• experience with data analysis and translating data into concrete insights. 

• knowledge of data modelling and setting up data structures. 

• an understanding of Identity & Access Management processes and systems. 

 

Attractive salary and benefits package 

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive: 

• a gross monthly salary of € 5.206 to € 7.437 (scale 10). 

• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% of your gross annual salary. 

• 24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB. 

• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December. 

• a sustainable employability (SE) budget of €500 per year. 

• the possibility of combining working in the office with working from home
