Customer Service Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Intern to join our team! If you’re a university student eager to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and build practical skills in customer service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Customer Service team with order processing and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
• Assist in preparing export documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Update and manage data in ERP/CRM systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Available to work for 4-6 months
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
