At IFS Copperleaf youll turn complex asset data into strategic investment decisions for Europes leading utilities.

As a Consultant Business Applications in the Copperleaf Product Support team youll pair customer engagement with hands-on analysis dissecting complex Excel models analyzing application logs and large datasets writing SQL and applying Oracle DB concepts to help our customers create strategic Asset Investment Plans that unlock value cut carbon and build resilient infrastructure in a socially equitable manner. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for our English and German speaking customers. 

• Write and maintain tips knowledge-base articles and troubleshooting guides based on resolved support cases. 

• Deeply understand Copperleafs functional capabilities and how they map to your customers business processes and strategy. 

• For your assigned customer catalog manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery. 

• Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades handling all coordination and rollout tasks. 

• Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights enhancement requests and evolving business requirements.

Technical Requirements 

• Excel Proficient. 

• SQL Working level. 

• Oracle DB Concepts Familiar and willing to learn more. 

• IT concepts and principles (Windows and Linux servers networking REST webservice integrations databases) Working level. 

• Linux containerisation (bonus) Familiarity.
