As a Commercial Inside Sales Employee, you play an important role in the daily commercial operations of TKM Diacarb. You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our outside sales representatives and internal teams.

Your day includes:

• Advising customers and supporting them with sales-related questions
• Preparing quotations and following up on commercial opportunities
• Handling purchasing and planning activities
• Performing administrative tasks and telephone sales
• Supporting our outside sales representatives
• Maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments
• Acting as the connecting link between customers, sales, and the internal organization
• Identifying customer needs and looking for suitable solutions
• Learning about our technical products and developing your commercial and technical knowledge

You will work in a varied position where no two days are exactly the same. Your commercial skills, organizational ability, and enthusiasm will help you make a real contribution to the team.

• A completed education at MBO level or higher
• Commercial mindset and strong organizational skills
• Technical interest and willingness to learn about technical products
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn attitude
• Good communication and social skills
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a huge plus
• Ability to switch easily between customers, colleagues, and different departments
