Functieomschrijving

As an Assistant Team Leader – High Care, you are the righthand person to the Team Leader and the first point of contact for colleagues on the production floor. Your main responsibility is to ensure the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities include

• Supporting and motivating the production team.
• Planning and distributing daily tasks.
• Monitoring production progress and resolving operational issues.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures.
• Taking over the Team Leader's responsibilities when required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.

Working HoursThis position is based in Venlo and operates in a twoshift schedule

• Early shift 0630 – 1530
• Late shift 1520 – 0020

You will work one or two weekends per month. In return, you'll receive a weekday off to help maintain a healthy worklife balance.

• A completed MBOlevel education or an equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• The ability to coach, guide, and motivate colleagues.
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and quality standards.
