Travel: Primarily NL-based, occasional Nordics trips (2–3x per year)

What you’ll be doing

• Lead sales across NL, BE, LUX and parts of Scandinavia
• Build strong customer relationships and introduce biostimulants and specialty fertilizers through a consultative approach
• Translate client needs into product feedback and development
• Report directly to regional leadership and influence commercial direction

What you’ll bring

• Experience in biostimulants, specialty fertilizers or water-soluble crop nutrition
• Fluent Dutch and English (must-have – applications without Dutch and English fluency will not be considered)
• Commercially minded with a strong grasp of sustainable agriculture trends
• Credibility with agronomic clients and the ability to support long-term adoption
