After Sales Claims Specialist

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen en verbeteren van garantieprocessen en het efficiënt afhandelen van incidenten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Service en Productontwikkeling, en onderhoudt contact met onze klanten en leveranciers. Met jouw analytische vaardigheden en procesmatige aanpak draag je bij aan een soepel verlopend garantiebeleid en een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Coördineren en optimaliseren van het garantieproces om maximale klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
• Analyseren en oplossen van complexe incidenten, in samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.
• Rapporteren over garantie- en incidentcijfers en deze vertalen naar procesverbeteringen.
• Adviseren van collega’s en management over trends en verbeteringen op het gebied van garanties en incidenten.
• Onderhouden van goede relaties met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams.

• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Technische Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management, Inkoop of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een (after) sales en/of productiegerichte omgeving.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
• Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Een proactieve houding en een scherp oog voor procesverbeteringen.
