Account Manager / Customer Service Representative at Taxbrella

Taxbrella Tax Services is a leading provider of tax services for American expatriates living abroad. Our mission is to help our clients navigate the complexities of international U.S. taxation, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager/Customer Service Representative for our U.S. tax service business to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing proactive and forthcoming customer service.

We are looking for a candidate with native-level American English and strong familiarity with U.S. culture, communication style, and business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, customer service, or a customer-facing role.

Be willing to embrace technology

Entrepreneurial mindset

Self-starter and self motivated

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

In-depth understanding of living abroad.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs before they arise.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of tax regulations and policies is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn is required.

Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and Dutch are a nice to have.
