Client Relationship Manager – Avendra International

📍 Location: Amsterdam & Randstad

🏠 Home-based with travel across your region and occasional visits to Belgium and the wider Netherlands

📄 Contract: 1-year fixed-term, with potential to transition to permanent based on performance and business needs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospection – Identify and engage new clients by researching market opportunities, building relationships, and presenting tailored procurement solutions.
• Relationship Management – Maintain and grow strong partnerships with existing hospitality clients.
• Opportunity Identification – Analyse client needs and advise on cost-saving and efficient procurement strategies.
• Growth Realisation – Understand client culture and challenges to uncover opportunities for purchasing growth.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Monitor and translate purchasing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Market Insights – Stay on top of industry trends to enhance procurement strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience in account management, sales, or procurement — hospitality background is welcome but not required
• A thoughtful commercial mindset and ability to understand client needs
• Resilience and drive to succeed in a client-focused environment
• Great communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholder
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
