YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and oversee the daily transportation operations within the warehouse
• Schedule and manage the dispatch of shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays promptly
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to optimize transport efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logs
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
• Analyze transportation costs and implement cost-saving measures
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to streamline operations
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
• Assist in the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software
• SAP experience beneficial but not mandatory
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
