What you’ll be doing

• Own the sales strategy across NL, BE, LUX and the Nordics
• Introduce and embed biostimulants and specialty fertilizers with new and existing clients
• Partner closely with R&D to translate customer insight into new product direction
• Play a key role in shaping commercial strategy at regional level

What you’ll bring

• Fluent Dutch and English (essential)
• Experience in specialty fertilizers, biostimulants or high-value crop inputs
• Strong technical credibility and ability to consult on sustainable solutions
• Self-driven and effective in building long-term relationships
