Manpower is looking for Technical Operators / Site Engineers in the Tilburg region.


Every day, thousands of online orders need to reach customers on time. Behind the scenes, advanced sorting machines make this possible. As part of the evening shift at one of the Netherlands' largest mail-order companies, you'll help ensure these systems continue running efficiently. When an installation suddenly stops or an alarm notification appears, you know exactly what to do. You remain calm under pressure, investigate the issue, and work closely with your colleagues to get the process moving again. Thanks to your technical skills, downtime is minimized and operations continue smoothly. Your responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving first-line technical malfunctions
• Executing preventive maintenance on automated sorting installations
• Analyzing system performance and identifying potential issues
• Documenting faults, repairs, and maintenance activities in the system

• Gross salary: €2,800 - €3,650 per month
• Direct contract with the client
• Travel expense reimbursement according to company policy
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%
• 25 vacation days plus the option to buy five extra days
• Collective health insurance
• On-the-job training to become an independent service technician
• Additional courses, such as VCA, Electrical Switching, Maintenance Technology, Process Automation, and NEN3140
