Are you a Supply Chain professional ready to take the lead across a European distribution network? We’re searching for a dynamic Supply Chain Lead to drive operational excellence, optimize inventory performance, and enhance service levels across multiple sites and markets.

About the Role

As the Supply Chain Lead, you will oversee the full distribution flow of finished goods across Europe, collaborating closely with manufacturing sites, purchasing teams, and Sales. You’ll play a key role in shaping stocking strategy, improving logistics performance, and delivering exceptional outcomes for internal and external customers.

This is a high‑visibility role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys both strategy and hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and optimize the company’s European distribution model, including stocking strategy, MRP parameters, and cost efficiency across storage and transportation

🔹 Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses, ensuring optimal planning parameters while minimizing excess and obsolete stock

🔹 Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution network

🔹 Collaborate closely with manufacturing Supply Chain Managers to ensure seamless shipment and delivery performance

🔹 Mentor and guide Supply Chain teams across the organisation, ensuring best‑in‑class inventory management

🔹 Partner with Finance teams to ensure full compliance with import/export regulations

🔹 Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external customers

🔹 Work hand‑in‑hand with Sales to support customer needs and market demands

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

✔ APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred

✔ 5–10 years’ experience in logistics leadership (distribution, warehousing, transportation)

✔ Strong SAP proficiency

✔ Proven ability to build relationships across diverse cultures and geographies

✔ Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution capabilities

✔ Excellent analytical skills

✔ Strong communication skills in English and conversational Dutch

✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead others
