The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects in Apeldoorn .

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and scale reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines that power our products. You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience while driving best practices across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who loves automation, cares deeply about uptime and scalability, and enjoys mentoring others.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost; proactively address issues
• Lead incident response and post-mortems, driving long-term improvements
• Partner with software engineers to improve application performance and deployment workflows
• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
• Mentor junior engineers and influence DevOps standards and strategy

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, methodical approach to incidents
