Senior Business Consultant - ServiceNow IRM Security Operations

To support the rapid growth in Integrated Risk Management consulting and implementation, we are expanding our Trust & Security team with a Senior Business Consultant Security Operations ServiceNow . This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of cyber risk & compliance and IT solutions for Security Operations, who can translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. Experience with ServiceNow is a pre, willingness explore the potential of ServiceNow platform flow a must.

What will you do?

In this role, you will take ownership of client-facing engagements , guiding organizations in translating regulatory and risk management requirements into effective, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work at the intersection of technology, risk management, and compliance , helping customers modernize their governance processes, automate controls, and enhance visibility into enterprise risk.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery — facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and aligning business objectives with ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
• Design and implement end-to-end SecOps solutions, including security risk, incident response and IT remediation.
• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA, SOC2, and others.
• Conduct process engineering and solution design , identifying improvement opportunities and aligning with best practices.
• Deliver demonstrations and presentations that showcase ServiceNow’s value in managing risk, compliance, and resilience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery and seamless integration with other platform capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on security risk management maturity, automation strategies, and roadmap development.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, or IT Governance consulting.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC (implementation, configuration, or advisory) or experience with similar SecOps solutions like.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks , such as ISO 27001, NIS2, Dora, GDPR, SOC2, and related standards.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage stakeholder expectations at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation, process design, and solution architecture .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-IRM / CIS-Risk and Compliance) are an advantage.
