As a SAP BI Consultant, you’ll help shape the way we use data and reporting to drive critical decisions across our organisation. You'll design, manage, and optimise new and existing SAP reports that empower our business units, from finance and procurement to asset operations. In this hybrid role, you’ll balance daily operational responsibilities with strategic project work.

You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT specialists to translate reporting needs into concrete SAP BI solutions. And you’ll stay ahead of developments in the SAP landscape to ensure we’re always working with the most effective tools.

In ons IT landschap speelt SAP een cruciale rol, als SAP BI Consultant houd je je bezig met het ontwerpen, managen, en optimaliseren van nieuwe en bestaande rapportages. Hiervoor schakel je met verschillende stakeholders vanuit zowel de business als de IT organisatie. In deze rol wordt het dag-tot-dag operationele beheer gecombineerd met projecten. Daarnaast blijf je op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de SAP wereld zodat je de beste oplossingen kan faciliteren die aansluiten bij de nieuwste technieken in ons landschap.

Gaat dit over jou?

• You combine deep technical expertise with curiosity and communication skills. You understand SAP, but you also understand people and how to help them get more from their tools and data.

• At least 3 years of experience as SAP BI Consultant or a similar role.

• 
  

• Familiarity with
  
  CDS, FIORI, ODATA
  
  is a plus.

• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modelling principles.

• Working knowledge of Agile methods.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor

• Supporting business stakeholders in translating their reporting needs into technical SAP BI specifications.

• Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and documenting SAP-based reporting solutions.

• Monitoring usage and performance of SAP reports, proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation.

• Maintaining existing solutions while keeping track of changes in SAP modules and their potential impact.

• Staying up to date with the latest SAP BI tools and sharing that knowledge within the team.

• Actively contributing to the improvement of our data landscape, with a focus on performance, usability, and continuity.

Enterprise IT Solutions

team. This group of ~20 experienced professionals supports Eneco’s internal operations across Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, and HR. You’ll work alongside solution consultants, domain architects, product owners, and DevOps engineers to shape the future of Eneco’s internal platforms using the newest SAP technologies.

You’ll be based in our

Rotterdam HQ

, with flexibility to work remotely several days per week.

Bruto jaarsalaris tussen de €67.000 en €90.000

Hybride werken: thuis, kantoor of buitenland

Je werkt 40% op kantoor, 40% thuis en 20% flexibel. Met toestemming van je manager mag je maximaal 3 weken per jaar in het buitenland werken (binnen goedgekeurde landen), maximaal 2 aaneengesloten weken.
