For our location in Rotterdam center we are looking for an Sales Support!

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support within Olenex! The responsibility of our Sales Support team is to assist the Olenex Account this role you are an active participant of the Account Management. You are responsible for the daily administration and you will have defined activities to support the Account Management Team.

Your responsibilities are:

Enters contracts into MarginCalc for Key Accounts;

Support with bigger accounts sending prices making rolling proposals;

Communicate with bigger accounts making the above proposals;

Performs contract amendments upon request of the Account Managers;

Processes contract wash outs in the system;

Compiles & sends out prices to specifically agreed-upon accounts;

Setup of automatically sent contract balances in OAS on request;

Create other reports in OAS on request;

Distributes market reports to agreed-upon accounts;

Sending (weekly) reports/updated excel overviews to the relevant Account Managers;

Undertakes all required actions to ensure sales volume as well as customer service.

Job requirements

Who are you

You are a positive and effective team player with a proactive attitude. Besides that you also have a systematic and analytical way of working with a focus on accuracy.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent gained by experience.

Basic commercial selling and market skills/knowledge of vegetable oils.

Proficient in English Dutch and German is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Good skills in ERP software.
