As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and guidance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start their career in customer service, as no previous experience is required. Comprehensive product and software training will be provided within the company. We are specifically looking for a candidate who speaks French at a native level to support our French market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through various channels, including telephone calls, emails, tickets.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Provide support to close deals or escalate requests to an account manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French at a native level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Highly sociable, eager to help, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, scale-up environment.
• Available to work on-site in Amsterdam, Monday to Friday.
