Based on McDonald's operational and financial goals and your own vision, you draw up the annual plan. You share this with your employees and translate it into concrete objectives. You have an eye for developing talent and put the right employee in the right place. You coach your Managers and employees to their next step. You create a positive and safe working environment in which McDonald's standards and values ​​are leading. Motivational inspiration is also part of this.
