PV & ESS O&M Manager - Benelux

As an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager at Sungrow, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional after-sales services and ensuring the successful execution of diverse O&M projects. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, while aligning with Sungrow’s strategic objectives.
We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven professional with proven experience in PV (Photovoltaic) and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) O&M. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across local teams and our headquarters in China are essential.

 
Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. 
• Team Leadership:  Manage local service teams and subcontracted partners, including recruitment, training, and performance management.  
• Contract Execution:  Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of O&M contracts, including response times and preventive maintenance plans.  
• Warranty & Support:  Oversee warranty case resolution and customer support in compliance with internal processes.  
• Customer Satisfaction:  Take full accountability for meeting customer expectations and contractual obligations.  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Coordinate with local, EU, and Chinese departments to ensure seamless operations.  
• Site Supervision:  Travel across BeNeLux to supervise on-site O&M activities.  
• Global Engagement:  Occasional travel to Sungrow headquarters in Hefei, China, alongside customers.  
• Continuous Improvement:  Drive process optimization and organizational development initiatives.

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

• Electrical or industrial Engineer.
• Super organized on multi-task and multi-project environment.
• Experienced in large and complex O&M activities
• Strong technical background with experience in PV Solar and ESS.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French is required (at least C1); Mandarin is a +
• Demonstrates assertiveness, teamwork, strong communication skills and leadership.
• Based in Belgium or NL, willing to travel. Office in Amsterdam.
• Can work in a global multi-cultural and in matrix organization environment.
• Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
• Knowledge in Battery / EMS-SCADA applications is a +
