who are you

You don’t need experience to start as a production worker at Johnson & Johnson—just the drive to learn! You are positive, communicative, and enjoy active physical work. As a production worker, you must meet the following requirements:

• You can read and follow work instructions in English.
• You are available full-time (or 4 days) for the first 3 weeks of onboarding, and 1 to 3 days per week after that.
• You are available for a 5-shift rotation: morning shift (07:00 - 15:30), afternoon shift (15:00 - 23:30), and night shift (23:00 - 07:30).
• You are available to work from Monday to Sunday.
• You are able to perform physical work.
• You are willing to work in Leiden.

what will you do

Production is booming this summer, and your help is valuable! Working in Dipping at the start of our process. In this dynamic role, you will combine hands-on tasks with technology—preparing medical prostheses, processing them through automated chemical baths, and logging records accurately in our systems.

• Carefully pull medical prostheses over the manufacturing molds.
• Hang the production molds into racks and transfer them into the chemical processing room.
• Control, monitor, and operate the high-tech robot used for the dipping process.
• Maintain flawless administrative and process records according to strict GMP quality guidelines.
• Ensure all physical tasks are handled precisely while keeping close track of the process registration.

You will join Mentor Medical Systems in Leiden, part of Johnson & Johnson, manufacturing high-quality medical products worldwide.
