Production Worker Metal 2 shifts

Wat je gaat doen

As a Metal Production Worker, you will work together with your colleagues to produce and finish metal components. You will work with modern machinery and receive proper training to help you learn the production process. Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling and mounting metal components according to work instructions;
• Operating various production machines;
• Learning how to set up and check machines;
• Checking products for quality, dimensions and functionality;
• Identifying deviations and reporting them to your supervisor;
• Performing basic maintenance and keeping machines and the workplace clean;
• Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment;
• Following safety and quality procedures;
• Contributing ideas to improve the production process.

Working hours 2 shifts: 

Morning: 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00).

Afternoon: 15:00-00:00 (Friday 12:00-18:00).

We are mainly looking for someone who is motivated to learn and enjoys working with technology and machinery.

You have:

• An interest in technology, production or metalworking;
• A practical and accurate approach to work;
• An eye for quality and safety;
• The motivation to learn new tasks and operate different machines;
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• The willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Your own transportation to the location in Almere.

Experience as a Production Worker, Assembly Worker, Machine Operator or Operator is a plus, but not required.
