As a Production Operator at Scheuten Glas in Venlo, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth production of high-quality glass products. Working in a 2- or 3-shift system, you’ll operate modern machinery in a clean and safe environment. Whether you bring prior experience or are eager to develop your technical skills, this position offers a structured and supportive setting to grow professionally. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to maintain production standards, troubleshoot minor issues, and contribute to the delivery of premium glass solutions for clients across Europe. Shifttimes: 5.30 - 14.00 pm, 14.00 - 22.30 pm and 22.30 -5.30 am.

What You Will Do:

• Operate different modern glass processing machines to ensure efficient production flow.
• Monitor quality throughout the process, ensuring all standards are met.
• Resolve minor technical issues independently, following safety and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and technical staff to maintain a smooth and safe workflow.

• €19.13 gross per hour, including shift allowance.
• Full time 38 guaranteed hours a week.
• A full-time position in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• A temporary contract with prospects of a permanent position.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• €0.23 travel allowance per kilometer.

• You choose a weekly or 4- weekly payment.
