Production Operator – Food Industry

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure the machines are running properly and that production continues according to schedule.
Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting up production machines;
• Changing and adjusting machines between different production runs;
• Performing quality checks on the products;
• Identifying and solving minor technical issues;
• Cleaning and maintaining the machines;
• Recording production data, malfunctions and solutions;
• Thinking along about improvements to the production process;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.You will work in a 3-shift schedule:
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
  • 22:00 – 06:00

The factory operates from Sunday evening until Friday evening.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with machines and already has experience in a production environment. You preferably have:

• Experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Machine Technician or Production Worker.
• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage.
• At least MBO 1/2 working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical experience and an interest in machinery.
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule.
• Your own transport to reach our location in Lelystad.
• A good physical condition and no problem with standing for longer periods.
