As an operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you’ll be at the heart of our high-tech production environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our processes. Your work directly contributes to delivering high-quality dairy products that align with our mission of creating better nutrition for the world. With precision and attention to detail, you’ll help maintain the efficiency and reliability of our cutting-edge machinery while actively contributing to process improvements. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating machines and automated production lines to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with colleagues and the technical team.
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining accurate records to meet our high standards.
• Adjusting and reconfiguring machines and robots during product changes.
• Contributing to process optimization by sharing ideas and implementing improvements.
