Wat je gaat doen

As a production worker, you will work with steel components that are finished with a high-quality plastic coating. This is not standard mass production, but technical work where precision and a high-quality finish are important. You will learn, among other things, how to weld plastic and work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you the job in practice.Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing various types of plastic materials;
• Applying plastic coatings to steel components;
• Plastic welding;
• Welding and processing steel when required;
• Checking the quality and finish of the products;
• Ensuring that every product is completed neatly and according to the required standards.

• You will work every day from 08:00 to 17:00.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,700, depending on your experience;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;

Functie-eisen

• You have at least MBO-2 level of education and working experience;
• You have technical knowledge or an affinity with technology;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language due to safety and work instructions;
• You enjoy learning new tasks and techniques;
• Experience with plastics or welding is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.

Over het bedrijf

You will work for a small-scale technical production company in Varsseveld. The company produces specialist, custom-made products where precision and craftsmanship are important.With around 10 employees, the organization has short communication lines and you will quickly get to know your colleagues. Within the production team, you will work closely with three direct colleagues. You help each other when needed and receive guidance when carrying out tasks that are new to you.
