Process & digital solutions expert - human capital & time management

As an expert in human capital and time management, you will ensure the seamless integration of technology and business process and collaborate across multifunctional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. You will take end‑to‑end ownership and ensure delivering maximum value for our customers and ASML as a whole.

As a process and digital solutions expert for human capital and time management, you will join our dynamic Process & Technology team in the Capability Center of the new ASML Business Services organization (ABS). In your function, you will translate business needs into clear functional and technical direction, support shaping the product roadmap, and guide multidisciplinary teams toward high‑quality, scalable outcomes. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the ERP migration program to S/4 HANA for the SAP (Fiori) Time Writing and SAP HR (mini-master) solutions, ensuring that these solutions and underlying processes are effectively translated, optimized, and embedded into the future SAP landscape. A crucial driver of success will be staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to sustain a forward‑thinking approach to process excellence.

In this role you, will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product functionality, performance, and future needs
• Translate business challenges into clear requirements for development, technology & data teams
• Define product priorities and drive execution in close collaboration with IT
• Contribute to the roadmap for the digital solutions you oversee and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancement cycles
• Connect to other process- and digital solution experts to identify opportunities to improve/optimize the end-to-end solution
• Act as business partner to People Operations stakeholders to establish a solid link and connection to other digital solutions used in the Hire-to-Retire process

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP HR and extensive experience with SAP Fiori applications for time specification & approval; experience with other Human Capital & Time Management digital solutions is a plus
• Basic experience in other SAP modules (e.g. SAP FI/CO); having hands-on experience with SAP configuration/customization in SAP HR and SAP Time Writing is a plus
• Experience with processes and digital solutions in Hire-to-Retire / People Operations
• Experience working in an Agile/SaFe environment and project management organization
• Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, or improvements within HR, People Operations, workforce management, or similar domains
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, technology, business administration, or human Resources
• SAP certifications are a plus
