Manpower is looking for a Mechanical Manager for an organization in Enschede.


As a manager within the Disassembly & Dismantling department, you are responsible for the daily supervision and success of multiple projects at the same time. Your responsibilities include:

• Daily supervision of mechanics and preparation of the work
• Creating and executing (daily) schedules
• Managing project budgets and the financial progress of the department
• Correctly managing and administrating recycling and waste streams
• Ensuring safety and quality during aircraft dismantling
• Coordinating and reporting to other departments, such as Warehouse & Logistics and Sales
• Conducting job interviews and expanding the team of mechanics
• Arranging inspections and ensuring the availability of the correct tools and equipment
• Assisting with aircraft dismantling yourself when necessary or possible

• Gross monthly salary between €4,800 and €5,500
• A direct contract with the employer
• A full-time workweek of 40 hours

Working hours
You will work full-time from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
