We are looking for a Marketing & Event Management Intern to help bring our story to life, strengthen our brand presence, and create meaningful connections across the industries we serve. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain broad experience in tech-driven B2B marketing and event management, from supporting campaigns to planning and executing impactful events. You will also play a key role in organizing our participation in more than 10 international conferences each year. Working in an international, fast-paced environment alongside a passionate, innovation-driven team, you will contribute to initiatives that engage global audiences and elevate our brand on the world stage.

Your Role

As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will

• Help maintain and strengthen our brand and visual identity ensuring all marketing and event touchpoints reflect a consistent brand experience
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, helping manage logistics, branding touchpoints, and attendee experience.
• Support the creation of content for our website, social media, and other communication channels like newsletters
• Contribute to presentations, documentation, and internal/external communications

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a HBO, BSc or MSc in Marketing and Communications, Business Management, or a related field at a Dutch university
• A strong communicator with excellent writing skills (in English )
• Pro-active, creative, hands-on, organized and an eye for detail!
• Experience or strong interest in events management
• Comfortable working with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn )
• Full professional proficiency in English (Dutch and/or another language is a plus)
• Interest in (space) technology, and sustainability is a big bonus
• Available for 40 hours per week.
• Based in or able to commute to Delft .
