You’re equipped with deep domain knowledge, adept in data analytics, and have an affinity for new digital methodologies and tools. If you also have a passion for strategy, a flair for change management, and a deep understanding of the financial sector, we’re looking for you.

You will spearhead projects related to KYC, CDD, AML and Compliance in financial institutions, make an impact, be influential and deliver a distinct value proposition with sustainable solutions. You’ll be a trusted manager and change consultant to clients and colleagues, keep updated and apply knowledge on sanctions regulations and tooling, and impart knowledge and coach juniors for a brighter consultancy future. And last but not least, you will be contributing to the growth of ACE.

Your Key capabilities are:

• A drive to innovate and progress, with an understanding of root causes and end-outcomes, not just the directed project outputs.
• Stellar communication skills, both in structured and dynamic settings;
• Stability and focus even in high-pressure situations;
• Quick adaptability and foresight in changing scenarios;
• Being a true team player and having a strong sense of ownership.

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant fiel (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration)
• 6-12 years of expertise in the financial sector, preferably consulting;
• Strong background in KYC/CDD/AML/Compliance;
  • Prior knowledge of Sanctions regulation and tooling is a plus;
• Proven ability in leading teams and mentoring juniors;
• Excellent communication and presenting skills in English;
• You have an existing network in the domain, you are able to nurture client relationships, bring our propositions to the client, and recognise new commercial opportunities to help ACE grow.
