We are now seeking a Last PLanner - Work Coordinator for one of our flagship projects in Boxmeer, Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Facilitate weekly work planning sessions and commitment planning meetings
Develop and maintain master, phase, and lookahead schedules
Track Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and implement constraint removal processes
Drive continuous improvement through variance analysis and root cause identification
Ensure planning compliance with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical standards
Coordinate sequencing for cleanroom construction, HVAC systems, and process utilities
Manage modular construction planning and specialized equipment installation
Facilitate communication between trade contractors and project stakeholders
Track planning metrics and conduct variance analysis
Support FDA validation requirements and claims avoidance documentation
Qualifications

5+ years construction planning experience with 2+ years Last Planner System
Experience on pharma, biotech, or highly regulated construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical facility construction
Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
Knowledge of lean construction principles and MEP systems sequencing
Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
