A fast‑growing international FMCG business is looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its presence across the Dutch hospitality, retail and catering markets. The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio of established customers, ensuring strong execution, sustainable growth, and excellent customer relationships. Your focus will be on managing and developing existing accounts , working closely with internal teams to maximise visibility, distribution, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day‑to‑day relationships with key partners in the Netherlands
• Creating and executing customer‑specific account plans and joint business plans
• Leading annual negotiations and commercial agreements
• Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving category growth
• Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to deliver customer activities
• Ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across channels

What You Bring

• Strong experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
• Solid understanding of the Dutch retail landscape
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• A relationship‑driven, proactive, and hands‑on approach
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, ambitious, and supportive team environment
