Your role as a junior operator at Aalberts Almere includes working at dynamic production stations where precision and technical insight are key. You will play an active role in assembling, inspecting, and improving the production process, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met. What You Will Do:
- Assembly: assembling complex products and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.
- Testing: performing electrical connections and product testing using measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
- Quality control: identifying, correcting, and reporting deviations to maintain high product standards.
- Administration: recording material usage, working hours, and rejected parts in the ERP system.
- Collaboration: supporting less experienced colleagues and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Morning Shift: 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00)

- Salary up to €3,550 gross per month (including shift allowance).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) in a two-shift schedule.
