As a Consultant, you’ll build on your experience to deliver lasting change for our clients. You’ll take on responsibility in project delivery, client engagement, and problem-solving, while continuing to develop your consulting skills and industry knowledge. 

You’ll be exposed to a wide range of projects, from designing and delivering transformation programmes to supporting operating model changes and managing stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client teams, contributing your expertise and learning from experienced colleagues.

• Master’s degree, with excellent grades and relevant extracurricular activities

• 2-5 years of working experience as consultant, management trainee or similar 

• Proficient in both the Dutch and English language
