Are you passionate about HR?

In the position of HR Management Intern at Louvre Hotels Group, you work closely with the HR team of Western Europe. During this internship you will learn about different legal processes and business practices across the region. You will have the opportunity to be in charge of and develop an assigned HR project, as well as to assist in other HR daily tasks. You will collaborate with other colleagues in the regional offices and have an insight about how different departments relate to each other.

Your role will be mainly based in the Regional Office for Benelux, located in the lively town of Amersfoort.

Flexible working will be possible, as well as working from hotel locations in the region, but you will be expected to be available to travel to Amersfoort at least 2 days per week.

What does a day as an HR Management Intern look like?

• You plan your work together and coordinate with the HR team.
• You will advise general managers of hotels on HR questions and topics like sickness, recruitment, or training.
• You will be in charge of an HR project that you will develop with the support of the HR team.
• You present your ideas and visions to the Operations team.
• You make sure that you maintain internal and external communication.
• You assist on HR tasks on a daily basis whereby you will get familiar with legal and business practices in real life.
• You help in the administrative tasks within the HR department, for example by preparing templates.

• You are available for a fulltime internship, for a minimum of 20 weeks, starting from September 2024.
• You are passionate about learning more about HR and working in the hospitality industry.

• You can understand and follow guidelines.
• You have the flexibility to respond to different work situations.
• You have good Microsoft Office skills.
• You have good communication skills in English and Dutch.
