Your ResponsibilitiesAs an operator, you ensure that production runs smoothly.

• Machine Operation You operate the machines and set them up for each production line. You also reconfigure (change over) the machines when necessary.
• Quality & Safety You keep a close eye on quality and always follow food safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting Spot a minor malfunction? You solve it yourself. For major issues, you call in the help of a colleague.
• Administration & Handover You keep everything neatly updated in the logs. You work in a 3shift system, and during the shift handover, you catch up with your teammates to share all important information.
