Enterprise Sales Manager
Amsterdam (Remote flexibility within commuting distance)
Telecoms experience essential - ideally CPaaS, CCaaS or UPaaS
€75,000-100,000 within unlimited commission (Double OTE very achievable)
N8 have exclusively partnered with a fast-growing global communications technology platform to hire an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new big business revenue across the region.
Our client provides businesses with a powerful communications infrastructure and software platform solutions, enabling organisations to optimise and automate communication workflows. It's telecoms, but not tangible... it's not hardware, it's solutions lead, and volume based!
Their solutions range from core communication services through to advanced tools for high-volume messaging and conversational AI.
This is a role for a true hunter... someone who thrives on building a territory, winning net-new enterprise clients and challenging incumbent and much larger providers. If you enjoy selling disruptive technology and owning the full enterprise sales cycle, this opportunity offers the autonomy and earning potential to make a real impact.
In terms of deal sizes, it ranges... but typically the deals will be around $30,000 at the mid market, and then anything up to $400,000 for enterprise. Sales cycles are 3-4 months, so you're able to be rewarded for your success relatively quickly.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to take full ownership of an enterprise territory and build a pipeline from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leadership, product and commercial teams while leading complex enterprise sales processes with major customers.
You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, challenging traditional approaches to enterprise communications and positioning our client’s platform as the solution to modern communication challenges.
