A Japanese trading company is currently recruiting a Dutch speaking Sales Support Administrator. The ideal candidate should have a motivation to learn new things and have an interest in working at Japanese company.

WORK TYPE: Hybrid working available (more than half in-office)

BENEFITS: Travel expenses covered, pension included

TYPE: 4 days (Part-time) or 5 days (Full-time), Initially 1 year contract (There is potential for extension)

WORKING HOURS: 8:30-17:00 from Monday to Friday (30 minutes lunch break)

SALARY: €2,800/month (4 days) or €3,000/month(5 days) + Holiday Allowance + 1 month bonus

START: around mid-2026

LOCATION: Ankeveen, Netherlands

Dutch-speaking Sales Support Administrator Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and managing customer and supplier data

• Communicate with clients and suppliers via email and phone to provide support and follow up

• Prepare sales documents, reports, and presentations

• Desk research, Report & Sales presentations preparation

• Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems

• Coordinate with Japanese HQ and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

• Organize meetings, calls, and sales events

• Assist with contract management and document handling

• Support internal communication and schedule coordination

• Business trips to Japan may be required 1 time a year, with coordination with HQ

Dutch-speaking Sales Support Administrator Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Ability to take initiative and engage in new tasks quickly

• Self-motivated, able to think critically, and act independently

• Proactive in solving problems and seeking improvement opportunities

• Some understanding of Japanese culture and language is a plus

• Positive work ethic and team player skills
