Continuous Improvement Manager

As part of an ambitious transformation to strengthen their position in circular economy innovation, they are seeking a dynamic and hands-on change agent — someone who thrives in transformation environments and is capable of driving measurable impact. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence and enabling future growth across the company’s manufacturing footprint, building on a legacy of excellence in metal and glass production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and development of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Foster a Continuous Improvement culture by promoting data-driven decision-making, systems thinking, employee empowerment, teamwork, and the use of statistical tools.
• Share Continuous Improvement best practices and knowledge across the organization.
• Support cross-functional teams in driving technical standardization and process optimization initiatives.
• Analyze plant performance, conduct operational assessments, and support continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure that project and process improvement outcomes are effectively integrated into daily plant operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Quality, Innovation, IT, Production, etc.) to ensure alignment and enable best-practice sharing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with several years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of Lean methodologies (Six Sigma certification a plus) and hands-on experience leading improvement projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable working across cultures, ambiguity, and high-pressure situations.
