As a Commercial Project Controller, you'll be at the intersection of finance, contracts, legal topics, commercial strategy, and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing financial and contractual aspects of projects (sales & execution)
• Actively participating in legal and contractual matters
• Overseeing risk, claim, and change management
• Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and project reports
• Guiding the project team and managing stakeholders
• Supporting sales with bids, pricing, and cost calculations
• Negotiating with suppliers and aligning with finance managers
• Coordinating processes such as insurance and taxation
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics, or a similar field
• Experience as a Project Controller or in a Control role
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and IFRS (preferred)
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong communication skills to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across different functions and cultures
• Experience working in a project-driven environment
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and coaching mindset
• The ability to take ownership and drive results
