De rol

Als Building Physics Consultant bij Blossem Group ben jij de specialist in bouwfysica en installatietechniek binnen onze projecten, met name in de woon- en zorgsector. Je ondersteunt bij berekeningen voor comfort, energieprestaties en technische haalbaarheid. Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief, en bent de solide bouwkundige schakel in ons ontwerp- en bouwproces.

Jouw taken

· Uitvoeren van bouwfysische berekeningen (thermische isolatie, ventilatie, energie, geluid, etc.)

· Berekeningen & adviezen voor installaties voor comfort en duurzaamheid

· Vertalen van NEN-normen naar praktische ontwerp- en bouwadviezen

· Ondersteuning bij technische integratie in modellen – kennis van BIM/Revit is een pré

· Adviseren over bouwtechnische en installatietechnische haalbaarheid

Jouw profiel

· Opleiding als werktuigbouwkundig of MEP-engineer, ervaring in residentiële en zorgprojecten

· Verplichte kennis van relevante Nederlandse NEN-normen

· Ervaring met bouwfysica, comfort, energie en installaties

· Zelfstandig, proactief, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk

· Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring (senior-niveau niet vereist)

· Kennis van BIM en Revit is een pré

· Affiniteit met zorg en duurzaamheid is een plus

The role

As a Building Physics Consultant at Blossem Group, you are the specialist in building physics and MEP engineering within our projects, particularly in the residential and healthcare sectors. You will provide calculations for comfort, energy performance and technical feasibility. You work independently and proactively, acting as the solid technical link in our design and construction process.

Your tasks

· Perform building physics calculations (thermal insulation, ventilation, energy, acoustics, etc.)

· Provide calculations & advice on comfort and sustainable installations

· Translate Dutch NEN standards into practical design and construction advice

· Support technical integration in models – BIM/Revit knowledge is a plus

· Advise on technical and MEP feasibility of projects

Your profile

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or MEP engineering, with experience in residential and healthcare projects

· Mandatory knowledge of relevant Dutch NEN standards

· Experience with building physics, comfort, energy and MEP calculations

· Independent, proactive, solution-oriented and strong communicator

· A few years of relevant work experience (senior level not required)

· BIM and Revit knowledge is a plus

· Affinity with healthcare and sustainability is appreciated
