Supervisor Audit (relocation to the Netherlands)

Your role

As a key point of contact for our clients, you’ll advise on risk management, financial statements and internal controls. Your diverse portfolio will include family-owned businesses, internationally operating companies and not-for-profit organisations—across a wide range of sectors. No narrow specialism, plenty of challenge.

You will:

• Lead audit engagements end-to-end
• Coach and supervise (senior) assistants
• Review work and safeguard quality, timing and budget
• Work closely with managers and senior managers
• Regularly visit clients and build long-term relationships

What you bring

• Qualified CA(SA)
• 4–5 years’ experience in an audit practice at a reputable accounting firm
• Experience with medium to large-sized clients
• Strong analytical, organisational and leadership skills
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with the drive to deliver
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Motivated to learn Dutch and integrate into Dutch society
