Facility and Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a Facility and Maintenance Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with clients, and knows how to turn strategy into execution. In this role, you’ll manage projects from initiation through completion while partnering with stakeholders to deliver results that matter.

• Lead real estate projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout;
• Partner with clients to define project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery strategies;
• Manage project teams, vendors, RFP processes, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery;
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track;
• Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and drive projects to completion within budget and schedule.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred;
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information;
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions;
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc;
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset;
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
